UID's / CSO's in Sewerage Networks for United Utilities Interserve is a partner in the fully integrated KMI Water joint venture, awarded a major framework agreement by United Utilities to deliver a three year £350 million AMP4 capital investment programme in United Utilities' Northern Area. The framework covers both above and below ground assets, incorporating a major programme of UID / CSO projects, together with both clean and wastewater treatment assets. The Northern Area UID / CSO programme covers a total of eleven sites, undertaken in clusters based around Hindley and Barrow. The majority of the work includes full turnkey civil / meica services in both rural and urban locations, involving detailed traffic management and extensive public interface. This project follows on from successful delivery of similar works in AMP3, comprising more than 100 sites valued at around £90 million.
