Major Programme Management and Construction
for United Utilities
We are a partner in the fully integrated KMI Plus water venture, awarded a major framework agreement by United Utilities to deliver a £350 million AMP4 capital investment programme in their Northern Area. The framework is an agreement for both above and below ground assets, incorporating clean and wastewater treatment assets and some UID's. This follows successful delivery of the c. £275 million AMP3 capital investment programme in their Central Region.
Based in Leigh, Greater Manchester, the integrated team delivers new build and refurbishment projects on a multi-disciplinary basis involving the design and construction of all types of asset.
An integral feature of this agreement is multi-site working across a wide geographical area.
