- Custodial - with our Operating Partner UKDS, delivering new prisons and immigration accommodation centres with a capital value of up to £100 million.
- Health - delivering new hospitals with a capital value of up to £150 million.
- Education - delivering new schools with a capital value of up to £100 million.
- We also operate in other sectors such as defence, delivering projects with a capital value of up to £150 million.
