Other approaches
- Alliances / Long Term Arrangements - We have a number of clients who do not wish to enter formal partnering arrangements, but who wish to capture its principles. This entails - in particular - shared goals and learning, and commitment to learning. One customer has placed orders for 29 projects with a total value of £67 million.
- Management Contracting - Although often superseded by other forms of procurement in today's market, there are still occasions where management contracting's ability to tackle complex projects, which are susceptible to change, is the best option.
- Bespoke Arrangements - Where we can make arrangements to suit specific funding profiles, create long term "lease backs" or provide a design, build and operate service, with sister Interserve divisions providing facilities management.
