Project Services offers services within all the main procurement options:
- PFI - where we provide a service to design, fund, build and operate facilities, usually using sister divisions to arrange finance and to provide facilities management.
- Partnering and Frameworks - where we create a service on either a local or national basis, based upon a culture of mutual trust and commitment to improve year on year.
- Design Build - which captures the creativity between client, builder, design team and key suppliers, whilst also providing a major skills base for PFI and frameworks.
- Other Procurement Routes - We undertake management contracting, informal alliances for long term work and will create special arrangements to suit specific funding profiles.
