Interserve Project Services Ltd (company registration number 303359) changed its name from Tilbury Douglas Construction Ltd, which in turn evolved through the merger in 1991 of the long established construction groups of R M Douglas and Tilbury Construction.

Bringing these companies, major players in their own right, into Interserve Project Services has resulted in a one stop shop for customers - a variety of services provided by focused business units with a minimised overall cost base. The company has a long history, stretching back well into the nineteenth century and boasts a track record of sound financial performance combined with high integrity and ethics.

Concentrating on long term relationships with clients and suppliers through partnering and framework agreements, negotiated contracts, design and build arrangements and maintenance contracts has enabled us over the long term to grow operating profits and improve margins to reflect the added value we create.
