Project Services > Civils > Services Marine Marine Plant Interserve Project Services has over the years gained experience in all types of construction connected with the River Thames. We were an integral part of the team to deliver all the foundations and temporary river works for the successful BA London Eye project. From the refurbishment of historic river structures to the installation of completely new facilities such as the Bankside Pontoon, we have the capability to deliver total schemes to customers' requirements, including the maintenance of such schemes. Interserve Project Services owns and maintains floating plant consisting of cranes, pontoons, barges, workboats and other ancillary craft. These are moored on the river at all times, giving total flexibility in servicing projects (some of which may be inaccessible from the land). Even when access from the land is physically possible, use of the river to deliver and store materials relieves congestion and interference with adjacent properties and contributes to some degree in helping the environment.
