The Site is located on the M11 northbound and southbound carriageways between J8 and J9, with a total site length of approximately 4.0km.
The scheme comprised the following:

Construction of 2 No crossovers for contra-flow works.

Crack & Seat repairs to existing concrete carriageway.

The installation of slip-formed concrete barrier system in the central reservation.

165mm overlay resurfacing and associated new white-lining/ stud installation.

Installation of trapezoidal drainage channel in C/R.

Gully connections in C/R.
-
Drainage repairs in verges.
-
Replace existing safety fencing in verges.
-
250m approx. carriageway FDR.
-
3 No emergency crossings points in the C/R throughout the scheme length.
