Project Services > Careers > MEPINTQTR MEP Coordinator Summary of role This position will be either roaming or based on site, depending on the circumstances of the project. Overall responsibility for the management and success of the MEP activities within the Operational Sites, including customer relations, Build ability, health and safety, quality, programme and the cost/value of operations. Key Responsibilities The MEP Coordinator is responsible for fulfilling the activities assigned to him in the appropriate process, including: · Maintaining effective and long term relationships with the customer and his representatives/advisors. · Implementing and maintaining GCC Strategy and Policies for Sustainability, Health and Safety, Quality, Environmental, etc. and acting as an exemplar of the GCC culture and values. · Ensure compliance with the Companies Business management System. · Being proactive in the identification and resolution of problems. · Reviewing methods of working, alternative materials etc in order to maximise commercial profitability and build ability. · Managing, supporting, mentoring and counselling members of the Site teams in their personal development, within the field of expertise. · Seeking and developing ongoing continuous improvement. · Providing aftercare services to the customer. · Maintaining and providing accurate reports to Senior Management · Any other duties relevant to the role Key skills/qualifications/knowledge · Technical experience and knowledge · Commercial and financial ability · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills · Good general Knowledge Of all MEP disciplines Relevant Experience · Experience in a similar role · Experience of working overseas Additional information This post is fixed term for a period of two years. A full driving licence is required.
