Leading a team responsible for management of commercial aspects of projects, usually from tender award but often including target cost development. Overseeing subletting and management of supplier accounts and managing our account, ensuring costs are minimised and enhancing value for money, whilst achieving required standards of quality in a safe environment.

The position is both office and site based.

Supervising up to six Quantity Surveyors of differing levels of experience.

Qualifications, Training and Experience

	Minimum of HNC/HND in construction based learning Preferably MRICS or MCIOB CSCS card, CITB safety training, MS Systems. Experience of a similar post. Experience of managing a team New build and refurbishment experience on projects valued up to £5M
