Key member of a team responsible for management of commercial aspects of projects, usually from tender award but often including target cost development. Responsible for subletting and management of supplier accounts and managing our account, ensuring costs are minimised and enhancing value for money, whilst achieving required standards of quality in a safe environment. The position is primarily site based.

On larger projects one or more assistants, but initially to work with project team as the Project Quantity Surveyor.

Qualifications, Training and Experience

	Minimum of HNC/HND in construction based learning CSCS card, CITB safety training, MS Systems Experience of a similar post with contractor or be capable of moving from an assistant up to project Quantity Surveyor level; Experience of responsibility for projects in excess of £1m as a minimum; On site roles dealing with S/C orders and controlling all aspects of project surveying role.
