This role is responsible for overviewing all tenders within the department; identifying and mitigating contractual and commercial risks; validating sub-contractors; developing relationships with clients and supply chain; drive the implementation of established Interserve processes and develop team members.

Qualifications, Training and Experience

	RICS or CIOB Membership. Experience of working with a main contractor.
