Maintenance Supervisor

Summary of role

 

Responsible for & liaising with a team of caretakers and site staff to monitor and control subcontractors, to ensure the team are completing reactive and planned repairs and installation, as directed by the Helpdesk and Line management.

 

Key Tasks

 

  • Update & monitor progress for helpdesk jobs to ensure timely, accurate & cost effective completion of works.
  • Prioritising reactive & planned works.
  • Maintaining all records to keep all relevant certification requirements are up to date and legal.
  • Development & mentoring of team of caretakers & site staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure & from own initiative.
  • Operate a planned maintenance system.
  • Carrying out performance monitoring on all staff.
  • Carrying out maintenance works along side Team.

·         Team Player

·         Flexible towards working hours

·         Good all round engineering & civil maintenance knowledge

·         Corgi registered an advantage

·         Must be competent with maintenance and repair jobs.

·         Must be PC literate

 

Additional Information

 

This role is full time and permanent.  Full clean driving licence required as the role will require use of the Company van.  Appointment subject to a satisfactory CRB check.
