Business Development Manager

Supporting the South Coast and South East regions in sourcing opportunities for construction projects and local alliances.

Providing a recognised face for Interserve in the regions to maintain and grow its workstreams of profitable work by nurturing and developing long term relationships with clients and professionals.

Qualifications, Training and Experience
  • Qualified to degree level.
  • Senior level experience within the region.
  • An understanding of the differing Forms of Contract and procurement;
  • A gut feel for construction periods and a knowledge of cost levels for various types of buildings.
  • A good knowledge of the local client and professional base who work within the region.
  • To have the technical and business knowledge necessary to respond to Questionnaires and Prequalification documents
  • Ability to use MS Word and Powerpoint to a high standard.
