Qualifications, Training and Experience

	Qualified to degree level. Senior level experience within the region. An understanding of the differing Forms of Contract and procurement; A gut feel for construction periods and a knowledge of cost levels for various types of buildings. A good knowledge of the local client and professional base who work within the region. To have the technical and business knowledge necessary to respond to Questionnaires and Prequalification documents Ability to use MS Word and Powerpoint to a high standard.
