Interserve, the services, maintenance and building group, is pleased to announce that Les Cullen has been appointed chairman of its audit committee, with effect from 15 October 2007.

Nick Keegan has stepped down as chairman of the audit committee after just over two years in office due to other work commitments, but will remain a member of the audit, remuneration and nomination committees.
