- Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2007;

- Notice of Annual General |Meeting (containing proposed changes to the Company's Articles of Association) to be held on 14 May 2008;

- Form of Proxy; and

- A draft of the Company's revised Articles of Association (in compliance with DTR 6.1.2).
