Plc > Investors > Nomination committee meetings 4. Meetings 4.1. The Committee shall meet not less than once in each year and at such other times as the Chairman of the Committee shall require.
4.2 No-one other than the Chairman of the Committee and its members shall be entitled to be present at any meeting of the Committee. Others may be called upon to attend and/or speak at any meeting of the Committee as may be determined by the Committee from time to time.
