Interserve has two local accommodation projects which are operational: Cornwall Fire Stations which is a Pathfinder scheme involving all 31 of Cornwall's stations; and Portsmouth Social Services Day and Respite Care Centres.

The project company formed for the latter, although entitled Victory Support Services (Portsmouth) Ltd, is actually a Pyramid team consisting of the Interserve Group companies responsible for Design and Construction, Mechanical and Electrical engineering and Facilities Management.
