Interserve Project Services provides the capability to deliver functional whole life solutions within the PFI market and also deliver added value through the utilisation of a Facilities Management partner. The input of our FM partner is extremely valuable during the design development stage where whole life issues are of considerable importance.

The ability to manage projects holistically and service them through their life, adding value, is our key strategy and is particularly suitable for Private Finance Initiative work.
