When bidding for projects, Interserve ensures that the projects which it selects, have been carefully considered so that they are aligned with the Group strategy.  This means that the projects we commit to bidding, we are truly dedicated to – both in terms of financial and human resource.

The Interserve approach to bidding is that the team, where possible, should be formed in the early stages.  This way, bidding for a project runs smoothly into designing, constructing and operating the project, and ensures continuous communication and a natural progression of ideas within the team.

Just prior to Financial Close on a project, an official Special Purpose Company (SPC) is put in place.  This manages the project through the succeeding stages of Design and Construction and Operations.
