I am very pleased to advise you that Steve Radcliffe will be joining Interserve Industrial Services with effect from 3^rd January 2006 as UK Operations Director, reporting to the Managing Director.

Steve has undertaken a number of substantial roles within the construction services sector his last position being as a director of The Barhale Group. Prior to this appointment he was with Interserve Project Services for 15 years where he was a director and an influential member of the senior management team. 

The high level of operational skill and commercial expertise developed during his career to date combined with his technical knowledge and engineering training will be of enormous value to the Company as we continue to improve the commercial performance of our business.

The appointment of Steve with his proven record of achievement will compliment and enhance the considerable strengths we have within our senior management team. I am confident that he will make a major contribution to the company reinforcing our position in the market as the leading outsourced service provider in the United Kingdom.
