The Fabrication Facility

Our Mechanical and Fabrication facility has now re-located to Ellesmere Port, Cheshire - a few hundred yards from the M53 motorway. This close proximity gives us direct links to the UK motorway network, enabling us to offer you increased accessibility and flexibility.

The site extends over 8,555m² (4 acres) with 6116m² covered manufacturing space subdivided into 3 units and 800m² of office accommodation over two floors.  Externally there is a further 4000m² of service / laydown area and car parking, all secured by perimeter fencing.

Interserve occupies 800m² of offices and the largest unit, with 2500m² of covered fabrication space. Internally, two bays provide eaves height of 8.5 metres. The fabrication area benefits from being extensively served by a total of 4 x 10 tonne overhead cranes (2 per bay). Access to the fabrication shop is via 2 full height loading doors positioned to afford the shop smooth through put of production, with direct access to the service/laydown area.

The space is arranged so that segregation of intelligent metals is available, and the premises offer the flexibility to expand into adjacent units as work loads fluctuate.
