Interserve Security delivers a range of manpower-based services including the provision of temporary and permanent guards, mobile patrols, keyholding, and specialist training and consultancy.
Our event security brand, Attlaw Events, also offers a full range of event security services, including search and ejection, executive lounge management, exit gate operation, and crowd monitoring/control, working closely with the police. We are particularly noted for football stewarding, providing teams for Wembley and Chelsea Football Club, for example, fully trained to Certificate in Matchday Stewarding (CEMS) level.
This diverse range of services is supported by our investment in complemetary services, notably IP-based video surveillance and monitoring with dedicated emergency response, and other value-added services to deliver a much wider total security solutions package.
Interserve surpassed many security companies by achieving approved contractor status with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) in no less than four categories - the first in the facilities management sector to be granted approved status in the disciplines of security guarding, door supervision, CCTV and vehicle immobilisation.
Recognition by the SIA ensures that every private security service from Interserve is fully compliant with current legislation and affords customers the peace of mind that the highest professional standards are being applied. Security already forms a significant element of many of Interserve’s key contracts, from HMRC/DWP Newcastle Estates to The Mall at Cribb’s Causeway. We also provide services to Virgin, W H Smith and HMV and are at the forefront of working with the police and other agencies in setting initial standards for guards working in this area.
