Interserve Engineering Services has secured a circa £5 million contract with O & H Construction for the installation of mechanical, electrical and public health services for thirteen luxury residential properties in Lygon Place, Belgrave Yard and Grosvenor Garden Mews, located in the Belgravia district of West London.

The contract covers eight existing five/six storey victorian properties, two new build properties and three existing mews style properties.

The eight properties in Lygon Place are Grade II listed and subject to both external and internal conservation, creating a unique challenge to this installation project.
